To make profit was never our target. The owners of B.O.T. Aircraft Ltd.
wanted always first of all to produce a good aircraft, an aircraft able to
satisfy our own requirement as pilot. Right from beginning we had a
clear philosophy in regard of the production - safety at first. For this
reason, raw material, like resin, carbon or glass fibres we use, are all
aeronautical approved material.
Every single
part produced by us is marked with a unique part number and we register
for each part in which aircraft it was used. Of course each part is
checked carefully for the quality. A sample of each charge of epoxy is
kept and values like, number of the part produced with, temperature,
humidity, etc. are registered. Like this we are able to show the history
of each aircraft, part by part. Quality control is our main target. But
also parts we buy, like the gear for example, are carefully controlled
before we use them in an aircraft.
Our long
term target is to produce about 80 aircrafts per year.
